Refund policy

1. All Sales Policy

All sales are considered final unless items are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Item is defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Incorrect item was received
  • Return request is made within 7–10 days of delivery
  • Item is unworn, unused, and in original condition

A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

4. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after the item is received and inspected
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items that are defective or incorrect. Requests must be made within the return window.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns
