Custom Embroidered Nylon Line Jacket

Create a personalized line jacket with a solid white body and royal blue embroidery. This listing is for the pictured color combination. The fold-down collar and sleeves match the jacket body. Our lightweight nylon coach style features a snap front, elastic cuffs, slanted pockets without zippers, and a straight, relaxed hip-length body with a drawcord hem.

Images show generic sample artwork to demonstrate available placements. Your selected package determines which areas are embroidered. Plain / No Embroidery contains no crest, letters, sleeve text, or back design.

Choose your customization

  • Plain / No Embroidery: blank jacket.
  • Crest + Letters: your supplied crest on the left chest and your letters on the right chest.
  • Crest + Letters + Arms: front embroidery plus chapter initials and season/year on sleeves.
  • Front + Back: front crest and letters, plus back line name, number, and ship/group name; sleeves remain blank.
  • Front + Back + Arms: front, back and both sleeve personalization.
  • Full Custom: front, back and sleeve embroidery with a custom layout, finalized from your supplied artwork and instructions.

How to order

  1. Choose the jacket color listing you want.
  2. Select your size, XS–5XL, and embroidery package.
  3. Supply your authorized crest/artwork and exact letters, name, line name, number, ship/group name, chapter initials, and crossing season/year for the placements included in your package.
  4. Specify any layout requests. The pictured SMP shield and ABC text are examples, not a preset organization design.

Standard placements: crest on the wearer's left chest, letters on the right chest above the pocket, crossing season/year on the right arm, chapter initials on the left arm. Back: line name at top, large line number in the center without a # symbol, and ship/group name below.

Production: made to order in 2–4 weeks. Shipping takes 3–7 business days. Custom items are final sale except damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days.
